Optimizing Running Performance
We will look at your entire body from multiple different directions to help you understand your unique movement patterns in relation to your unique structure, mobility, and strength. Analysis will identify areas under increased load which might be at risk for injury, areas you need to strengthen, and where you can improve your efficiency if you’re looking to get faster.

WHY GAIT ANALYSIS?
Having an active evaluation and assessment of running form imperative for every runner. By analyzing your form, we are able to formulate an individualized program based on your unique form leading to a reduced risk of injury and improved performance.
WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?
Can be done in person or remotely.
1. Treadmill (with space to film full body)
2. Camera (iPhone, Android work great!)
3. Running Shoes
4. Tripod (or a friend to hold the camera)
